Light Cherry Cheese Cake

1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 package dream whip
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla1 can cherry pie filling
14 graham wafers
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F

Prepare crust:
Crush graham wafers. Mix graham wafers, melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Put all, but 1/4 cup in a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Prepare cheese cake:
Cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon juice & vanilla. Prepare dream whip in a separate bowl, then fold in. Spread over crust evenly. Then spread on the cherry pie filling. Sprinkle the reserved graham wafer mix on top. Store in fridge.

To make your own toppings take fruit such as pineapple or berries, add 1 tbsp of cornstarch, a little water if necessary, & heat until thick.
