Meat with soybean and sesame

4 meat fillet of 140gr
200 gr of buds of soybean
200 gr of water chestnuts
Sauce soybean
Soybean in bottle
Juice of lemon
Fresh coriander
Oil of sesame
Spices
Salt and Pepper

Mix and let warm up.
Cut meat in fine slice.
Cook to the steam the water chestnuts with the soybean buds.
Serve meat accompanied as the sauce and decorate with vegetables.
