Salad light of pasta and tomato

250g of vermicelli
4 bare tomatos, cut in cubes
4 coffee spoonfuls of mustard
70cc of olive oil
150g of ham cut in fine strips
100g of black olives
150g of cheese diet cut in cubes
The juice of a lemon
Salt and pepper

Boil the paste. Let cool and reserving.
Make an emulsion with oil, lemon juice, the mustard, salt and pepper.
Place the cold paste in a deep source, add ham, the cheese, the olives, mix of surrounding way and bathe with the emulsion.
