Skewers of chicken to the lemon

800 gr of chicken fillets
6 green lemons
6 chillis

Aromatic grass
3 apples without peel
3 great oil spoons

Salt
Pepper

Cut the chicken in small buckets. Macerate during 6 hours in the juice of the lemons with chillis cut in two. Once macerated the chicken, add salt and pepper and to dust with the aromatic grass.
Cut apples in buckets and sprinkle them with the juice of remaining lemons. Let rest during 30 minutes.
Prepare the skewers alternating the chicken and the apple. Pincelar them with olive oil and roast in the grill until they are gilded.
