Bleu cheese&lt;br /&gt;10 tbs heavy cream&lt;br /&gt;2 tbs mayonnaise&lt;br /&gt;1 tbs vinegar (optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beat the heavy cream and mayonnaise together in a small mixing bowl. Crumble half the bleu cheese into the mixture (reserving the other half for a garnish) and stir a few times. Add a drizzle of the vinegar if it is too thick. Chill for at least two hours. (The longer it chills, the more intense the flavor becomes.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Slice the butterhead lettuce in wedges (or tear into pieces if you prefer) and place on four salad plates. It's quick and easy too.&lt;br /&gt;The cumin combined with the lemon and pepper gives the salmon a unique taste that's both tart and spicy. I've found though that with this recipe, the longer you bake the salmon, the more cumin lemon flavour you get. With clean hands, mix well until veggies are evenly distributed amongst the meat.&lt;br /&gt;Add all the rest of the incredients except the shredded cheese. Make sure the mixture is well combined.&lt;br /&gt;In a loaf pan or in a regular roasting pan, shape meat to make a loaf. Add the shredded cheese to the top.&lt;br /&gt;Put aside to "rest". Preheat oven to 375 F. Place in greased baking dish and sprinkle rest of cheddar on top.&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until heated through. Crumble bacon on top and sprinkle on the tops of the green onion. Place prime rib in the pan. Mix Worcestershire sauce and the paprika in a small bowl and pour carefully over prime rib. Using your hands, rub the mixture all over the meat. Season meat with pepper. Cover meat completely with remaining rock salt (there may be some extra left over) and spray entire surface of salt with water until moist and sticky. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes a pound (roast will be medium rare inside) Remove from oven, let meat stand for 5 min then carefully break salt away with a kitchen mallet and remove. Add mushrooms, thinly sliced garlic and&lt;br /&gt;nutmeg. Cook until garlic and mushrooms just begin to soften.&lt;br /&gt;Add marsala wine. May be grill on the BBQ (my favourite), baked, fried, etc. Cut in to 1 inch cubes and toss with hot sauce. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;Mix lettuce, dressing and cheese. Put on a plate and top with chicken. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sweetener.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grease tube pan and arrange apple slices in an attractive pattern. Also cook the diced apple briefly in microwave or on stove to make the apple pieces tender.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix (or grind) together, breaking up any lumps: CBA, ground nuts, sweetener equal, pinch salt. The finer the nuts are ground, the finer the cake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine liquid ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;Stir liquid and dry ingredients together until thoroughly wet no need to beat!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Immediately pour into prepared pan. Place in greased baking dish and sprinkle rest of cheddar on top.&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until heated through. crumble bacon on top and sprinkle on the tops of the green onion. These do not brown on top, watch carefully. They are easily crumbled. If they are congealed it is not necessary to defrost previously. In order to do it more light, fry it without fat to the grill or in frying pan of teflón.&lt;br /&gt;Mix in a pot the honey, the vinegar, oil of sesame, branch of cinnamon, moscada nut and blond sugar. Take to boil to untimed fire until it thickens.&lt;br /&gt;Add the lemon juice and the toasted sesame. Mix graham wafers, melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Put all, but 1/4 cup in a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare cheese cake:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:lightslategray;"&gt;Cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon juice &amp; vanilla. Prepare dream whip in a separate bowl, then fold in. Spread over crust evenly. Then spread on the cherry pie filling. Sprinkle the reserved graham wafer mix on top. Store in fridge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To make your own toppings take fruit such as pineapple or berries, add 1 tbsp of cornstarch, a little water if necessary, &amp;amp; heat until thick.
